The professional year in Motion Design gives you both artistic and technical skills.

Produce motion design projects combining 2D, 3D and sound, and hone your skills to become an excellent Art Director, Motion Designer or Computer Graphics Artist.

In France or abroad, in an advertising agency, digital design studio or corporate communications department. There’s no limit to the career options available to you. What will yours be?

    Teaching methods and resources

    The program is organized around a combination of theoretical classes, workshops, and masterclasses. This diversity of methods and project-based teaching approach reinforces learning. A team of permanent professional instructors, committed to a consistent and progressive teaching approach, supervises students and monitors their projects throughout the program.
    The equipment and software made available to students, which are used intensively throughout their studies, enable them to master the tools used in the profession. Computer rooms, professional and specialized software, photo studio, and filming studio.

Our teachings

Validation of the training by a Professional Certification

The training program is validated by the professional certification RNCP39117 Multimedia Graphic Designer, Level 6 (equivalent to a Bac+3/4), registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications as of May 31, 2024, for a duration of 3 years.

Certifying bodies: ETPA-Ecoles Créatives, Ecoles Créatives Montpellier.

The professional certification is obtained through the combined validation of:

– the three core competency modules:

  • 1. Assessing and evaluating a graphic design request
  • 2. Designing a graphic design project
  • 3. Promoting one’s work as a graphic designer

– and at least one elective module:

  • Implementing a digital communication strategy (Digital Communication Option)

OR

  • Creating a motion design project (Motion Design Option)

And the student must have completed a work placement of at least 4 months.

For candidates not applying through VAE:

  • Have completed a work placement of at least 4 months (500 hours)
  • Have met the attendance requirements defined by the institutions offering the certification.

The certification is also accessible through VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience): France VAE | Multimedia Graphic Designer

Validation may be partial (awarding of a certificate of competencies for each module completed).

Continuous assessment:

  • Assessment of individual and group work

Certification assessments:

  • Case studies and professional scenarios based on real or fictional visual communication projects, enabling the assessment of all the skills required for certification.
  • Oral presentations of work and projects in front of professionals.

Teaching and assessment methods may be adapted if necessary to accommodate disabilities, in accordance with the RNCP (French National Register of Professional Certifications) standards.

Discover work-study programs

Complete your third year as an apprentice

Because learning by doing is the best way to learn, you have the option of completing this final year of the Graphic Design with Motion Design option program as an apprenticeship.

The work-study program consists of one week at school and three weeks at a company
, allowing you to gradually immerse yourself in the professional world. The cost of the training is fully covered by the company.

You will also receive support at every stage, including individual coaching, workshops, and a dedicated platform. Everything is in place to help you find your work-study program, successfully integrate into the workplace, and make this experience a real springboard into the professional world.
