After the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001 against the United States, the country never recovered. The wrongdoings continued to intensify and no organisation was able to restore the image and mentality of the US inhabitants.
This led to the creation of the ISA, an agency that handles emergency calls to help citizens who are victims of attacks or crimes. This is where you, as a player, come in as an operator of this organisation, responding to various calls from individuals in need.
