Career Center of the Réseau Écoles Créatives
The Career Centre brings together all the initiatives undertaken by the schools in the Ecoles Créatives network to link students, alumni and companies. It accompanies each student throughout his or her training, structures exchanges with professionals and supports career paths, from the first year through to the first years of a career.
Get to know yourself to position yourself better
The first pillar of the Career Centre is support, starting with the student. The aim is simple: to help them get to know themselves, identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and present themselves more effectively.
Through the Bloom Passport, individual and group workshops on CVs, covering letters, professional posture and using LinkedIn, students gradually build their professional identity.
Understanding professions and sectors
The second pillar, the Career Center, opens the door to the professional market. Students learn to decode the expectations of studios, agencies, publishing houses and companies recruiting in the creative industries.
Using Bloom, they map out their ecosystem, discover the different professions and ways of working, and identify the skills required.Webinars and themed workshops, meetings with companies, breakfasts and afterworks on campus, as well as talks by alumni, enable students to broaden their network and put their plans into practice in real sectors.

Take action and land opportunities
The third pillar, the Career Centre, helps to turn this preparation into concrete opportunities. Students learn how to organise their applications, target the right people and match their profile to recruiters’ expectations.
The Grimpplatform centralises internship, work-study and job offers and helps to structure the search. Webinars on pitching, storytelling, interviewing, entrepreneurship and choosing a status complete the support package.
Specific work is carried out on online presence, management of professional social networks and participation in job fairs to facilitate market entry and mobility, both in France and abroad.

A meeting point for alumni and companies
The Career Center is supported by a constantly expanding network ofalumni and partners and BtoB.Former students are called on to give talks, share their experiences, take part in webinars or mentor the graduating classes.
As far as companies are concerned, our teams build and maintain a qualified database, share their vacancies via Grimp and organise special events, such as themed meetings, webinars orafterworks on campus .
The aim is twofold: to give recruiters direct access to the talent trained in our schools and to increase the number of internship, work-study and job opportunities for our students and recent graduates.

Bloom and le Lab, the Career Center's two other supporters
The Career Center does not operate in isolation. It is part of the Écoles Créatives educational ecosystem.
The Bloom system structures the follow-up of each student, with a skills passport, a logbook and a reflective portfolio that feed into interviews, workshops and the application process.
The Écoles Créatives Lab actively monitors changes in the creative industries, organises events such as Impact Month and brings together researchers, artists and studios.
The Lab’s work feeds into the content of webinars, meetings with professionals and the resources made available in the Career Center.
