For what purpose?
Professional CyclesThis certification is awarded as a diploma, professional title, or qualification certificate. It must be registered in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP) to ensure official recognition.

1. Appointment request
Requests can be made by e-mail: VAE@ecolescreatives.com. The applicant will be contacted within 3 weeks to arrange an information meeting with a VAE mentor.

2. Orientation phase
A meeting with the VAE advisor allows you to discuss your career path, your project and your objectives. You will be shown the procedures and the skills reference framework.

3. Admissibility of the application
Once you have submitted your full application, the CERFA form and the duly completed contractual documents, an internal VAE committee will examine the applications within 2 weeks. You will then receive booklet 1.

4. Booklet 2
Once admissibility has been confirmed by e-mail, the VAE advisor sends the candidate the Booklet 2 for compilation. It takes a year to complete the process, then a further visit to the commission, and notification of validation is sent to the candidate within a month.

5. Oral certification
Once you have been notified of your admissibility, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to attend the oral examination. You must present your professional experience (booklet 2) to a panel of working professionals (on 20 June and 20 December 2024).

6. Assessment procedures
After deliberation, the jury reports its decision and notifies the candidate of total validation (all the blocks are validated), partial validation (some blocks are validated, you will be given recommendations) or non-validation of the VAE (no blocks validated).
